From my experience, it's generally the more advanced artists who request critiques. Your piece shows no exception.
The technique is really good. I love the gritty realism. What I'm about to request is something many artists show no attempt at pursuing, which is perfectly fine. I feel as if the focal point is supposed to be directed towards the beautiful colors below, but the white of the hair is distracting from that. Perhaps you should darken the hair - add more details, maybe? You seem to be doing a series with this styles, but maybe adding a bit more detail to the hair wouldn't 't hurt <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>
